After purification treatment, pharmaceutical water is stored in sterile tanks and sent to filling lines. Prototech designs and manufactures storage and filling systems for pure water and pharmaceutical solutions in pharmaceutical grade plastic (PP) containers and glass bottles.
The standard filling technology offered and produced involves automatic solutions and equipment made entirely of Aisi 316 stainless steel, equipped with integrated CIP / SIP washing and sanitising systems, management software, and supplied in ultra-hygienic or aseptic versions for sterile products. Depending on the customer's operating requirements, the type of product to be filled and the filling speed, the plant can be supplied with single or multiple dosing units, linear or rotary, with variable filling technology (volumetric, with electromagnetic flow meter and gravity).
